Utilization of Waste Heat Resources from Printing and Dyeing Wastewater and Stable Emission Reduction

1、 Technical Introduction

This project utilizes the waste hot water generated by workshop production, which is filtered and undergoes surface heat exchange on a three-stage plate to achieve the required wastewater temperature for sewage treatment processes. To maximize the recovery of heat from wastewater, a lithium bromide absorption heat pump is used to absorb the heat from the alkali recovery evaporator cooling water, further increasing the temperature of the production water and saving heating steam.

2、 Basic principles

Using a multi-stage high-efficiency surface heat exchanger series mode to heat and raise the temperature of fresh water, and then utilizing a lithium bromide absorption heat pump unit to recover and utilize the low-temperature heat energy of the cooling water in the alkali recovery system, to increase the temperature of fresh water.

3、 Technological innovation points

(1) The use of multi-stage plate heat exchangers in series improves heat transfer efficiency;

(2) The heat generated by different wastewater sources together increases the temperature of hot water for production equipment, greatly reducing the use of new heat sources.
