1、 Technical Introduction

This intelligent setting machine waste heat recovery and treatment system is developed for the comprehensive utilization of waste heat and waste gas treatment of setting machine waste gas in the printing and dyeing industry. 2、 Basic principles

The exhaust gas from the molding machine first passes through multi-stage automatic filtration of fluff to remove fluff. Then perform thermal energy conversion: one form is to convert it into clean hot air for use by the shaping machine; Another form is to convert it into clean hot water, which can output hot water at 40-90 ℃ according to the actual situation, for central lithium bromide air conditioning refrigeration, production process water or domestic water. According to the different components contained in the exhaust gas, such as wax, resin and other adhesives, a multi-stage wax and impurity removal device must be configured.

If there is a special odor in the exhaust gas (such as adding special additives during fabric finishing), the deodorization device needs to be activated. Due to the separation of gas from high temperature to low temperature, a defogging device needs to be installed. The electrostatic adsorption device adsorbs oil fumes and particulate matter. After passing through the white steam removal device, the white water vapor is removed to achieve standard emissions, and there is no visible smoke or vapor visually. Each part of the entire system is equipped with online automatic cleaning, active fire prevention, and automatic fire extinguishing devices to ensure safe and stable operation. The automatic oil-water separation device fully separates oil and water, and the waste oil is handed over to qualified enterprises for treatment, while the water is discharged to the sewage treatment tank for treatment.

3、 Technological innovation points
