Industrial cascade thermal power conversion heating unit

1、 Technical Introduction

This technology is a "dual isolation multi-stage heat exchange technology" that combines two-stage plate heat and heat pump technology. It converts process wastewater with a certain amount of heat generated during the production process into 60-70 ℃ process hot water through thermal work conversion and cascade heating, in order to reduce steam usage and production energy consumption. About 70% of the waste heat energy in the recyclable process wastewater can be recovered, and the cooling capacity discharged by the unit can also cool down and relieve heat in the production workshop.

2、 Basic principles

The unit consists of a heat pump unit, plate heat exchanger, water pump, and control system. The unit recovers high-temperature printing and dyeing wastewater, which is then discharged to a temperature below 40 ℃ through pre effect heat exchange. The heat is further recovered using heat pump technology through an intermediate medium, and the final wastewater temperature reaches around 20-25 ℃. After post effect heat exchange, the temperature of the new water can rise to 5-10 ℃, which is close to the temperature of high-temperature sewage. The overall extraction of sewage waste heat is about 70%, and the system energy efficiency ratio can reach over 15.

3、 Technological innovation points

(1) The heat recovery efficiency of the unit is high, with an overall extraction of about 70% of wastewater waste heat, and the system energy efficiency ratio can reach over 15;

(2) Prevent the hardness and chemical agents of new water and wastewater from causing scaling and corrosion damage to the heat pump unit, effectively reducing the cleaning frequency of the heat exchange system;

(3) Energy saving cooling and refrigeration applications, summer sewage cooling is a difficult problem faced by many printing and dyeing factories. This system is different from a simple heat exchange device, and its prominent feature is that the drainage temperature can be lower than the initial temperature of the heated water and controllable. Even in summer, the sewage discharge temperature can be controlled below 25 ℃;

(4) The impurity filtration accuracy is high. The three-stage filtration system composed of "primary filtration filter screen polypropylene short fiber industrial filter cloth" performs graded filtration treatment on high-temperature wastewater, fundamentally solving the industry problems of difficult filtration of fluff and waste heat reuse in printing and dyeing wastewater;
