Digital Twin module

The digital twin platform presents a comprehensive digital model of factory equipment with its intuitive interface, achieving highly realistic rendering effects. These virtual models not only enable real-time mapping of the dynamic operation of actual devices, ensuring seamless synchronization between the two, but also cleverly use visual techniques such as color changes, tone adjustments, grayscale levels, and transparency adjustments to visualize abstract data when displaying physical quantities without direct actions (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.), providing users with an intuitive and understandable monitoring and analysis perspective.

All modules of the entire platform are developed using microservices, standard interfaces, and standard format objects. Enable the content of other modules to seamlessly integrate into the entire digital twin interface.

For example, after clicking on a device in the digital twin interface, detailed information about that device can be accessed, including efficiency statistics from the efficiency statistics module, power consumption statistics from the energy consumption statistics module, and predictive information from the predictive maintenance module. The platform effectively integrates multiple types of information into one, enhancing user experience and achieving more efficient operational enjoyment, while highlighting the essential attribute of IoT platforms in interconnecting large amounts of data.
