Production line efficiency analysis module

In this module, the system can display the operational statistics of each device on the entire production line over a certain period of time, as shown above. Each column in the figure represents a device. Among them:

Dark blue indicates the duration of normal shutdown;

Green represents the duration of material waiting;

Yellow indicates the duration of material blockage;

Red indicates the duration of the fault;

Light blue represents the duration of operation;

By conducting such statistics, we can visually analyze the operational efficiency of the entire production line. For example, if a device has been malfunctioning for a long time and its downstream equipment has been waiting for materials for a long time, it indicates that the malfunction of the device has significantly affected the efficiency of the entire production line and needs to be addressed with emphasis. If the entire equipment has a long waiting time for materials, it indicates that the production line has overcapacity. On the contrary, if the entire equipment runs for a long time (occupying maintenance time), it may indicate insufficient production capacity. If downstream equipment of a certain device generally experiences longer waiting time or longer running time, it indicates that there may be a problem with the "line balance" of the production line.

In short, through this statistical chart, we can clearly see the bottleneck points and core failure points (affecting efficiency) of the entire production line in the recent period. Use objective data to identify the main contradiction and the main direction of the contradiction. Timely identify and solve problems. At the same time, obtaining objective data on the production capacity and line balance of the production line can provide accurate reference for future renovation and new line construction.
