Quality Management Module

For "wastewater" and "exhaust gas" enterprises, their final discharged treated water (gas) needs to be regularly tested and recorded. In this module, we will record the quality data of each inspection and provide retrieval based on all parameters.

For industrial production, in the production line design stage, "demand (quality goal)" determines "process", and "process" determines "equipment". After the production line is put into operation, "equipment (status)" determines "process (parameters)", and "process (parameters)" determines "quality". The greatest role of recording and analyzing quality data is to provide real-time feedback to the "process" and "equipment" ends, and to improve equipment and processes more accurately and objectively.

For example, we have changed the dosage of NaOH in our process or changed the manufacturer who purchased NaOH. At this point, we retrieve quality data from several times before and after the replacement date in chronological order. If it is found that a certain quality parameter has improved (or deteriorated) after the change, it may indicate that our parameter change or supplier change is correct (or incorrect).

Using the "Quality Management" module, data retrieval can be performed based on each parameter (and any combination of parameters). For example, NaOH is closely related to pH and CODer values, and we can only retrieve data with pH greater than 7.4 and CODer greater than 19 from all quality data for analysis. In this way, data filtering is more convenient and analysis is more efficient.

Through such tools, we can easily analyze the correlation between "process" and "quality", which facilitates the adjustment of process and equipment parameters. We can also analyze the relationship between "human factors" and "quality" (we also included human factors in the recorded data). For example, we can easily analyze that the testing conducted by a certain testing institution (or sampling personnel) may result in a "higher" value for a certain parameter. In short, such tools not only help us digitally record testing results, but also provide accurate and objective reference for adjusting processes, equipment, and supply chains.
