Personnel need to be temporarily transferred, and the transfer process can be initiated online for online scheduling and approval. The platform synchronizes and processes relevant information. The scheduling information can also be linked with other modules. For example, when a maintenance task occurs for a certain device, the platform can automatically submit the process of retrieving (or lending) spare parts (or tools) to the device management module.

The platform has sufficient interfaces, and relevant processes can be integrated with the OA system. Personnel information can be integrated with the OA or MDM (Master Data Management) system.
