Our factory is composed of several devices. The normal operation of the factory requires inspection and maintenance of numerous equipment. For numerous production lines, numerous products, numerous parts, each equipment has different parts, different maintenance methods, different testing methods, and different maintenance cycles. To carry out reasonable and effective maintenance and upkeep of these devices, a digital management method is needed to integrate and organize this information, and guide our engineers to easily complete the complex tasks mentioned above.

In this module, we divide the inspection and maintenance of equipment into four processes: spot check, inspection, routine maintenance, and emergency maintenance. Customers can choose any of the processes to use according to their own scenarios.

Inspection: refers to a comprehensive and in-depth inspection of a certain equipment or devices based on a checklist.

Inspection: refers to the high granularity inspection of numerous devices along a path and checklist.

Routine maintenance: refers to the regular inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of a certain equipment according to the maintenance manual.

Emergency maintenance refers to the repair work carried out when a certain equipment malfunctions during the production process.

In this module, all the above processes can be standardized and digitized. For spot checks, a checklist for each device can be pre-set. The system automatically starts the relevant processes based on the preset inspection cycle (or other startup conditions), and pushes the relevant tasks (through IoT platforms, WeChat, DingTalk, etc.) to the relevant responsible persons in advance. During the inspection, relevant personnel only need to open the mobile app, select the inspection task, and the system will automatically enter the inspection guidance work. The operator only needs to follow the prompts on the APP to perform the corresponding operations, then fill in the inspection results of this step on the APP, click "submit", and the system will enter the next step of the prompt guidance work. Ultimately, the system will guide relevant personnel step by step to complete the entire inspection and maintenance task, and save and archive the entire inspection data.
