Replacing thermal oil with medium temperature and pressure steam and recovering waste heat in printing and dyeing production system

1、 Technical Introduction

Using the high thermal energy of medium pressure steam to replace thermal oil as the heating medium for equipment, steam is passed through a heat exchanger with a control valve device to heat the air in the drying chamber, further heating, shaping, and baking the product (fabric). The high-temperature hydrophobic generated after heat exchange is partially vaporized and precipitated by the flash evaporation system, and recovered to the low-pressure steam system of the printing and dyeing workshop for use in the workshop steps. The other part is recovered to the recycling system for reuse through the high-temperature and high-pressure recovery system equipment.

2、 Basic principles

The steam temperature that replaces hot oil is close to its saturation temperature. When the steam enters the heat exchanger, it quickly reaches saturation state. When the steam changes from gas to liquid at saturation temperature, it releases heat. At this time, latent heat (mainly used for heat exchange) is quickly released through the exchanger, allowing the drying chamber temperature to reach the set process temperature in a very short time. Due to the clean and impurity free nature of steam, the heat exchanger is less prone to scaling, which can maintain long-term good heat transfer performance.

3、 Technological innovation points

(1) The system is fully enclosed, with no other losses except for a small amount of heat loss during steam transportation and condensate recovery processes;

(2) Steam is used in a stepped manner, and the thermal and kinetic energy of steam is fully utilized;

(3) The thermal efficiency of steam boilers is much higher than that of traditional thermal oil boilers, improving the utilization efficiency of primary energy;

(4) The energy-saving and emission reduction effects are significant.
