Development and application of systematic energy-saving and emission reduction technologies for post sorting

1、 Technical Introduction

Based on the process design, effect analysis, and equipment selection for high-energy consumption and high pollution processes such as textile dehydration and drying, stretching and shaping, and soft finishing, various energy-saving and emission reduction technology schemes are implemented on the stretching and shaping machine.

2、 Basic principles

Switching to medium pressure steam heating method, adopting condensate water reuse technology, oven insulation technology, exhaust gas purification technology, and exhaust gas waste heat recovery and utilization technology.

3、 Technological innovation points

(1) Using medium pressure steam instead of coal-fired thermal oil furnaces for heating not only reduces coal consumption and regional pollutant emissions, but also lowers operating costs for enterprises, improving production efficiency and safety;

(2) Based on actual working conditions, this project has selected the FS-W20 multifunctional drain valve specifically designed for standardized ovens. It can manually and precisely adjust the discharge amount according to changes in process temperature to achieve the best energy-saving effect;

(3) The complete set of equipment for the three-stage treatment process of heat recovery, spray washing, and electrostatic precipitator includes three components: heat exchanger, integrated purification tower, and oil-water separator. Among them, the integrated purification tower for high-temperature, humid, and oily flue gas is the core equipment, and the spray washing wet high-voltage electrostatic precipitator technology is adopted to solve the problems of oil scale deposition on the dust collection electrode and the failure of insulator "condensation" under high humidity, achieving the integration of spray washing method and electrostatic precipitator technology;

(4) By comprehensively utilizing the waste heat from the heat exhaust gas of the shaping machine, the reactive power emissions of the stretching shaping machine have been reduced, and the energy-saving effect has been improved. Adopting an electrostatic oil fume removal device, this device has high efficiency in removing oil fume and dust, and the waste oil can also be recycled, reducing the pollution of industrial oil fume generated during the shaping process to the environment.
